"Wow! This was probably the best hotel Iʻve stayed at for a while! It was so clean and the staff. The Kickback Hour and breakfast was extremely convenient! The pool was a great way to cool off, too! Airport shuttle was very convenient! Mahalo nui to all the staff that made it a relaxing and restful stay!"

"Staff at the front desk were rude when i asked for towels. No towels were available. No mugs for coffee. Had to switch rooms, 1st one was very dirty and bed unmade, sent the pictures to hotel staff by txt. "

"The property feels very secure and is in great condition. Very basic but overall a great value for the money. It was unfortunate on our first of the two nights that we stayed the fire alarm went off 5 times at around 2:50am. The first time it went off for multiple minutes and for instances 2-5 it went off for 30 seconds or less each time. Because it went off multiple times & the firetruck/firefighters were on site for over 30minutes & we were not made aware of what had happened (other than a panicked lady in grey scrubs walking through the hallway in a rush as the alarm was blaring saying, “Its a false alarm”, it was really hard to get back to sleep for almost 2 hours. When I asked about it the next day I was told that somebody burned microwave popcorn. We had to buy bottled water and get plastic utensils to eat. There is a dishwasher & a cascade pod is provided but unless you bring your own dishes there is no reason to use it. There is a setup of two glass top burners, a microwave, and a full size fridge. And the location allows access to several restaurants and is 5 mins from the Desert Diamond Arena & surrounding restaurants if you have access to a car. Overall very satisfied with our stay & the accommodations. Vending machines, a laundry room, a very basic workout room, & available coffee are nice assets too. Staff was very kind. "

"We thoroughly enjoyed our time at the resort. Brunch on Mother’s Day was good. The men in our party enjoyed the golf and the property itself is beautiful. The only minus was the people who were using the pool from a neighboring apartment complex. They were not guests of the hotel, but snuck in and were disruptive. We ended up leaving early because of it. If that could be more regulated, the experience would have been great."
